How it works

Realising your Project

Once we've received your project, we will:

• Get our Digital Branding Team to ensure your files are print-ready.
• Double check logos and images to ensure they print to a high standard.
• Get final sign-off from you so we know you love your design.

Note that any files supplied to us during this process are only ever used for your order. Once you're happy, we get to move to the exciting part!

From Digital to Practical

We said this was the exciting part! Here we will:

• Print your designs onto your minifigures.
• Check that the quality of printing matches the high standards of our products.
• Package your minifigures up and get them ready to ship.

We'll keep you informed at every stage during this process, so you know exactly when to expect the new additions to your team.

And That's it!

Your minifigures will be on their way to their new home! Upon arrival, please:

• Get in touch if there are any problems - we want to make sure you are happy!
• Share photos of your new mini colleagues on social media with us.
• Leave a review to let us know how you found the experience!
